At present,elevators have become an indispensable means of transportation for modern people.After nearly two decades of rapid development,China's elevator production and sales rank among the top in the world,and China has become the world's elevator manufacturing center.At the same time,with the advancement of urbanization in China,the implementation of old building installation projects,and the government's efforts to increase the purchase of public-equipped elevators,China's elevator ownership has ranked first in the world.It should be pointed out that,affected by real estate,the annual growth rate of elevator sales has slowed down in recent years,and the elevator industry has shifted from the incremental market to the stock market.Elevator maintenance has become the development direction of the elevator industry in the future.However,as far as China's elevator maintenance market is concerned,the elevator manufacturing enterprises still have a low market share in the maintenance service market.A large number of third-party maintenance companies not only make the elevator maintenance market quality uneven,but also confusing.This brings a lot of challenges to elevator manufacturers.How elevator manufacturers can do their own maintenance service marketing,improve service quality,improve customer satisfaction,and shape service brands are urgent problems for enterprises.This paper focuses on the elevator industry maintenance service market,through the service marketing analysis and research of X Elevator Company,combined with the current competitive environment of the elevator industry,using STP strategy analysis,PEST analysis and Porter's five-force model to deepen the X elevator maintenance service market.Analysis: Firstly,it sorts out the research status of maintenance service marketing in the elevator industry at home and abroad,in order to grasp the research status of the domestic and international maintenance market in general;then,analyze the maintenance service marketing environment of X Elevator Company,including its Analyze the macro environment and the industrial competition environment,find out the problems of X elevators in the maintenance service marketing through literature collection and market research and comparative analysis,and analyze the causes of the problems in depth;finally,based on the industry development trend,based on service marketing Combinatorial theory,put forward corresponding suggestions on theperspective of 7Ps.In order to solve the problem,the maintenance service personnel facing the X elevator lacks the service marketing concept,the homogenization of the service products is serious,the brand effect of the maintenance insurance is not formed,the control of the service process is imperfect,the approval process of the parts supply is complicated,and the professional maintenance service personnel are difficult to recruit.And other issues.In order to increase the share of X's maintenance services,it will have an advantage in the future market competition dominated by elevator maintenance.In addition,X Elevator Company,as one of the representative enterprises in the domestic elevator industry,is studying the maintenance strategy of X Elevator's maintenance service,and hopes to provide some reference and reference for the development of the domestic elevator maintenance industry.
