At the beginning of the 21 st century,Jiangxi made great efforts to build infrastructure to meet the needs of rapid economic development.The21 st century is an era of knowledge economy and large-scale infrastructure construction,and the architect has become a key strategic resource for competition among construction enterprises.Faced with more complex and fierce competition,this is the survival of enterprises in a flash,opportunities and challenges coexist.Whether Jiangxi small and medium-sized private construction enterprises can keep up with this unprecedented development speed,the key is to solve the problem of construction enterprise construction division,which is the key to achieve sustainable development.This paper focuses on the selection of incentive mechanism for middle and small private construction enterprises in Jiangxi Province,compares their own enterprises,combines the incentive situation of middle and small private construction enterprises in Jiangxi Province,and draws lessons from the domestic and foreign incentive theory,finds out the problem of incentive for middle and small private construction enterprises,and establishes an effective incentive mechanism.In order to enhance the small and medium-sized private construction enterprises to retain,attract,make good use of builders,improve the enthusiasm of builders,tap the potential of builders,enhance market competitiveness and corporate cohesion.This paper carries on the questionnaire survey to the constructor in the important influence factor and the incentive influence factor of the departure.It is found that there are still great problems in the incentive of construction enterprises: the huge demand of enterprise constructors and the low cost of certificate usage form a strong contrast;the single form and measure of incentive;the weak interpersonal relationship of enterprises;the uneven income of business opportunities;and the importance of self-promotion opportunities.Through the analysis to find out the reasons for these problems :“ link ”affect the registration priceof certificates;lack of reasonable incentives;corporate culture construction is relatively weak;business opportunities are unfair;lack of career planning,personal business prospects are unclear;finally put forward the corresponding large Small improvement measures: adapt to the change of policy,train the constructor internally;comprehensive salary strategy;build a competitive corporate culture;establish a performance priority appraisal system that takes into account fairness;perfect career planning and provide reasonable promotion channels.
