An Analysis On Incentive Mechanism Of Small And Medium Private Enterprises

This paper considers the factors of employees’frequent job-hopping in small and medium-sized private enterprises in our country include low salary in small and medium-sized private enterprises, family management mode, defective incentive mechanism. The solutions and countermeasures include giving full play to employees, realizing and recognizing employees’ eigenwert, realizing the desire of the employees. Then, it can stimulate tie cohesion of employees in small and medium-sized private enterprises, meanwhile strengthen incentive mechanism. And satisfying employees’ physical and spiritual needs can make the development of small and medium-sized private enterprises more powerful。This paper takes Wuhan Bee food Co. LTD as an example, making the angle positioning in the implementation of incentive mechanism which operators think having special significance. And it learns from the domestic and foreign advanced experience. Through the research, it analyses the feasibility and the key operation points of the incentive mechanism in small and medium-sized private enterprises in our country. It takes Wuhan Bee food Co. LTD as an example, combining with the domestic and international theories. This study analyzes the factors that influencing the staffs job enthusiasm, using the questionnaire method and the statistical analysis method for empirical research. This paper demonstrates the importance of building a good incentive mechanism. It also verifies the direct relationship between the job enthusiasm and incentive mechanism. Meanwhile, it gives the reasonable suggestions according to the actual situation of Wuhan Bee food Co. LTD.
