Ren zhengfei,a successful entrepreneur,once said: besides culture,the vitality of any kind of resource is limited,and culture is the resource of endless growth.This is especially true of enterprise culture.An overview of the development process of all kinds of enterprises shows that the influence of enterprise culture on enterprises runs through the development process of enterprises.Enterprise culture is the driving force for the development of enterprises,a bridge for every employee to fully integrate into the enterprise family,and a prerequisite for win-win cooperation between enterprises and employees.From the perspective of enterprise development,to continuously improve enterprise performance,the establishment of excellent enterprise culture is a key link,so it is particularly important to timely adjust enterprise culture by studying the impact of enterprise culture on enterprise performance.This article takes the Evergrande Group as an example to deeply analyze the correlation between the company’s performance and its corporate culture.Through literature search,it was found that the predecessors mainly explained the corporate culture based on the system culture,material culture,spiritual culture,behavior culture,etc.,and used the scale system to study corporate performance,such as the two dimensions of enterprise market performance performance and competitiveness performance.To study business performance.This article builds on the existing corporate culture and corporate performance of Evergrande Group and combines relevant literature to build an index system,elicit research design and assumptions,and use SPSS 21.0 to combine the four dimensions of the above corporate culture with the two dimensions of corporate performance Empirical analysis of this dimension,the research results show that corporate culture can positively affect corporate performance.This study believes that in the development of Evergrande Group,in addition to the spiritual culture of the four dimensions of corporate culture,the other three dimensions of corporate culture are conducive to improving corporate performance.
