Coming of the era of human resource effectiveness makes enterprise constant exploration and innovation of human resource management mode.Evergrande group as the world's top 500 enterprises,in 2020 is committed to become the world's top companies.Its development scale,development strategy,the change in the market of real estate industry lead to Evergrande group transform human resource management strategy and gradually increase the efficiency of the human resource talent management approach.This study combined with Evergrande group human resources performance management present situation,put forward to control the way of the human resources to improve its human resource efficiency.Using the method of comprehensive elastic analysis Evergrande group for almost five years human resources into economic benefit brought by case analysis,it found that most of the human resources efficiency is in a state of out of control.So it should control the human resource input costs.On how to implement human resources investment control,this study compared the results of the regression analysis model based on index interpreted and the ARIMA model based on the time series.The study found that the regression model has the explanatory advantages of indicator and ARIMA model is more effective than the regression model prediction.Therefore,the study combined two kinds of model and took the average.Comparing the results of the three kinds of model value,which indicates that two models combined error value is smaller and more explanatory.Research achievements on the basis of the final design out of the human resources investment control model for C =(regression model +ARIMA model)/ 2 * per capita labor costs + M.
