Trust and felt trust as part of interpersonal trust are two separate ideas.The current research mainly relies on two mechanisms to explain the effect of felt trust:the social exchange mechanism and the cognitive mechanism based on reciprocal norms.These two mechanisms describe felt trust as a mandatory or reactive role,but these two mechanisms do not fully capture the effect of fel trust,in fact,Felt trust can be more proactive and self-driven.Based on the perspective of intrinsic work motivation and self-evaluation,this paper captures the essence of the new role played by felt trust,takes the perception of superior trust as the argument variable,job performance as the dependent variable,and introduces the variable of psychological authorization to explore the inner mechanism of felt trust.by combing through the relevant theoretical literature,based on the research results of past scholars,this paper constructs a theoretical model of perception of superior trust,psychological authorization and job performance,in which the perception of superior trust is divided into perception of superior dependence and perception of information disclosure,the psychological authorization is divided into work meaning,ability,autonomy and influence.The job performance is divided into task performance and relationship performance,and the research hypothesis is put forward on the basis of the theoretical model.we draw on the research of past scholars to form a variable scale,take a combination of online and offline methods to collect research data,use SPSS20.0 to carry out empirical analysis of the collected data,verify the theoretical model and research hypothesis built in this paper.based on the empirical analysis results to draw the conclusion of the study.In this paper,a total of 28 hypotheses are put forward,and 25 are verified,and the specific conclusions of the study are as follows:(1)Perceiving superior trust can positively affect employee performance.(2)The perception of superior trust can positively affect the employee's perception of psychological empowerment,in which the perception of superior dependence has a significant impact on all dimensions of psychological empowerment,but the relationship between the disclosure of perception information and the meaning of work is not significant.(3)The employee's psychological authorization perception is positively related to its work performance,in which the four dimensions of psychological authorization have a significant relationship with the performance of the task,and the relationship between work significance and autonomy is not significantly related to the employee's relationship performance.(4)Psychological authorization as the employee's holistic perception,in the perception of superior trust and job performance to play a part of the intermediary effect.This paper explores the role of psychological empowerment in the perception of superior trust and work performance,verifies the importance of perceived superior trust to enterprises and employees,and explores the inner mechanism of perceived superior trust from the perspective of employees' intrinsic work motivation,enriches the research results of perceived trust,and promotes the development of organizational management practice.
