With the development of economic situation,the promotion of urbanization process is becoming extremely important and effective.The acceleration of urbanization brings not only economic development,but also a series of urban management problems.The development of science and technology has brought great possibility to solve these social problems,so the concept of digital society and smart city came into being.On the basis of in-depth study of marketing related theories,based on SWOT,pest,STP and other analysis methods,this paper comprehensively analyzes the internal advantages and disadvantages,external opportunities and challenges,politics,economy,culture and other elements of Ping An smart city company,helping the company to recognize the environment,so as to formulate corresponding strategic deployment and expansion plan.Based on the marketing theory,the marketing strategy of Ping An smart city company is elaborated and analyzed in detail from the aspects of market,industry,marketing promotion,public relations management and so on.Finally,the paper expounds how to ensure the implementation of the marketing strategy,how to ensure the implementation of measures,how to ensure the advantages of talents to build an efficient sales team,and how to make Ping An smart city company to be unique,targeted,and improve the market competitiveness,so as to lay the foundation for the further development and expansion of the company.
