Since China's reform,the economy has developed rapidly,and the market has continued to improve.The education industry has become the focus of more and more investors' attention and the rising industry with high hopes.As a result,the education industry has experienced rapid development.With the expansion of New Oriental,Zhonggong Education,Huatu Education and other large training enterprises and the establishment of multiple branches in various cities,the competition pressure of local small and medium-sized education and training enterprises has become more prominent,and the development of enterprises is facing severe challenges.In the fierce market competition,small and medium-sized education enterprises must maintain their own interests and development.They must not only adapt to the changing needs of the market through innovation and reform,but also adjust and optimize marketing strategies.Only in this way can they improve their competitiveness and establish themselves.This article takes Hengshui private enterprise Shunda training enterprises as the research object,based on 4P marketing mix,STP market positioning theory,online marketing and other related theories,conducts detailed research and analysis on the status of Shunda training institutions,and then uses the PEST analysis method,Porter's five-force model analysis method and SWOT analysis method,combined with the actual situation of Shunda training organization,analyzed the problems existing in the organization's marketing process: insufficient corporate culture and image promotion,too narrow marketing channels,lack of online marketing,Single marketing method.In response to these problems,a complete and feasible marketing strategy and implementation plan were finally proposed in four aspects of product,price,channel and promotion strategy,thereby improving the core competitiveness of the institution.This article provides suggestions and assistance for the development of Shunda training institutions,hoping to provide reference for the development of the same industry.
