The capital employment labor system is a mainstream labor system model adopted by domestic and foreign enterprises with an unequal relationship between capitalists and laborers.Under this system,laborers who sell their physical strength and intelligence can create excess returns for the enterprise.,But they can only receive relatively fixed compensation;but when the wealth of the enterprise has grown to a certain level,at the same time,the income of workers has not increased in proportion to it,which will change their working attitude and choose to go passive Or leave the company directly to change jobs,which directly hinders the long-term development of the company.In the big waves,the sinker is gold,and the wind-wrapped cloud is the king.With the increasing number of domestic enterprises,the competition between each enterprise has become increasingly fierce.The traditional mainstream labor and employment model,the capital employment system,is no longer adapting to the development of the times.In order to retain the original pool of talent resources and create more value for the enterprise through talent incentives,companies continue to break the original capital employment.Labor system.The partnership system came into being when an enterprise tried to bundle the interests of the enterprise and the workers together.One of the "partners" for the development of laborers is the core of the partnership system,that is,this system reconstructs the relationship between capitalists and laborers.Although the "partner" is an employee,it can share the redistribution of the company's residual value with the employer,which can greatly motivate employees to invest in the enterprise as their common cause with the employer,so that they can give full play to the talent The value that an enterprise deserves can promote its development.The traditional chain supermarkets in the past belonged to the real economy.In recent years,the major e-commerce platforms have concentrated their efforts,which has greatly impacted the operation of physical supermarkets and gradually developed them.The slump,the momentum of the "closed shop tide" became fiercer,and none seemed to be spared.Therefore,some companies have begun to think about whether the partnership system can be used to reverse the trend.Yonghui Supermarket is the representative of the domestic supermarket chain industry,and Yonghui's business partner system is also very characteristic.Therefore,the author's research and analysis on the case of Yonghui Supermarket can provide some reference for other enterprises.In this article,the author will research and analyze the partner system of Yonghui Supermarket,and combine theoretical basis and actual cases to analyze the economic results of Yonghui after adopting the partner system.The theoretical basis adopts the literature induction method,which analyzes the motivation and economic consequences of Yonghui's implementation of the business partner system from the three research theories of human capital,sharing economy,and principal-agent.Yonghui's practice is used as a case study object.First,the reasons for Yonghui's implementation of the partner system and the implementation process are sorted out,and then the relevant data of Yonghui's 2012 to 2018 financial reports and the industry's financial indicators are used to confirm Yonghui's promotion The effectiveness of the partnership system for corporate performance and market response.Based on the previous academic research results,the author uses a case analysis method tometiculously analyze the reasons,implementation process,and implementation results of Yonghui's implementation of the partner system,and draw inspiration from this case to the supermarket chain industry.Through the study of this case,the author draws the following conclusions: The huge change from the capital employment system to the partner system has benefited most of the "partners" in Yonghui,and has inspired employees to be more proactive in their own work.It has produced the desired results of the organization,that is,the company's operating capacity,profitability and total market value have been greatly improved,and the overall performance of the company has been improved.With the help of Yonghui Supermarket from 2012 to 2018,that is,the company's financial report data and financial indicators after the implementation of the partner system,this data uses the data to more intuitively show its effectiveness in improving the company's performance and market response after the implementation of the partner system.This finally confirms the success of Yonghui's transformation of the labor model,and provides a development path that other enterprises can learn from.
