Vocational education is an important part of the current education system.As the first consulting company to transform and serve vocational education in China,how to better help vocational education institutions improve the construction of curriculum system and training room is the current important task of GTA company.To improve the overall level of vocational education institutions,the key is whether the expert consultants and schools can accurately grasp the needs of the institutions in the docking,and whether the implementation of the program can help the institutions to solve the pain point.Based on this,how to help GTA company keep the existing expert consultant team and follow-up talent echelon construction is particularly important.Therefore,it is an urgent task to optimize the existing compensation scheme of expert consultants of GTA company to help solve the problem of high rate of expert consultant turnover and complaints.At the beginning of this paper,the significance,methods and ideas of the research are introduced.Based on the theory of comprehensive compensation,4P payment and expectation,fairness and scale competition,the author establishes the theoretical basis of this paper.In the part of problem analysis,the author first designs salary adjustment questionnaire from the dimensions of overall satisfaction,fairness,standard formulation,salary and welfare.Then,it uses the methods of questionnaire and personal interview to sort out the problems existing in the expert consultants of GTA company,and clarify the necessity of the reform of the expert consultants' remuneration of GTA company.The core part of this paper is the salary system design of expert consultants.In this part,the author first combs out the idea of optimization design;secondly,through the enterprise development stage and the company's existing compensation strategy to determine the compensation strategy of the optimized scheme;thirdly,through the post value evaluation and the comparison of market compensation,to determine the company's compensation level;then,according to the post characteristics to select the compensation structure mode,and comprehensively establish Finally,the welfare is optimized from the economic and non economic dimensions to meet the needs of employees.And combined with the actual situation of GTA company,the security measures implemented from the security level are described in detail,and the optimized salary assessment scheme is described in detail;finally,the conclusion of this paper is described.This paper takes the optimization of the salary incentive system of the expert consultants in GTA company as the research goal,describes and analyzes the expert consultants in GTA company,a benchmark enterprise in vocational education,which is of great significance in theoretical research and practical operation of the enterprise.In the practical theoretical aspect,it deepens the understanding of compensation and the research of relevant application theory of compensation design;at the same time,it also makes a more in-depth study of the incentive theory of compensation.In practice,GTA company has a very important practical guidance role in the management of expert consultants.At the same time,this paper also has a certain practical guidance role in the salary incentive design of enterprise expert consultants similar to GTA company.
