With the development of increasingly fierce market competitionand management theories, techniques, management of innovation constitute thecore competitiveness of enterprises,"incentive" has become an important meansto gain competitive advantage. Businesses through the implementation ofreasonable incentives to business goals and objectives of individual employeesto effectively combine to make the employees to achieve personal growth andprogress in the direction of business development, is an important way forenterprises to seek competitive advantage.According to the classical theory of motivation at home and abroad, toincentive problems Shanxi Natural Gas Company employees conductedin-depth study and discussion. This paper argues that the current Shanxi NaturalGas Company in employee incentive compensation and benefits structure existsmainly single, incomplete training, performance appraisal system is imperfect,the lack of employee career planning. By reference to the theory, this paperargues that the current Shanxi Natural Gas Company for motivating employeesneed to be in demand as the center staff to develop incentives to improve themanagement system, to achieve good business development goals fullyprepared. Develop a clear development objectives for the implementation ofincentive policies to provide protection. For Shanxi Natural Gas Company’semployees, enterprises should help them establish good professional standards,the use of incentives to conduct staff development constraints, while theimplementation of incentive policies to create favorable conditions to achievegood results. After conducting correlation analysis, we propose incentivecompensation and benefits, performance evaluation and incentive, employee motivation and employee training incentives and other career planningoptimization. Finally, the paper proposes safeguards Shanxi Natural GasCompany employee incentive program is to create a good working environment,enhance effective communication with staff, create excellent corporate culture,build synergies and other incentives.Shanxi gas companies to continuously improve and adapt to the needs ofmodern enterprise management, to meet the requirements for employees tocreate their own will and business development incentive system.
