Function of secondary occupation education is the most important economic function,influence to the family economy is positive, it is also one of the factors of family investmentthe first consideration. For families, the medium occupation education not only for thedevelopment of individuals has enormous influence, but also to the family’s economicdevelopment has played a crucial role. But "Been trapped in poverty by receiving education"phenomenon, to reflect on the problems existing in the development of education..it was asocial phenomenon of it originally described rural students affords to go to university, causedwidespread concern in the community. This concept of the phenomena can not to definebecause of different opinions, Study on influence of secondary occupation education of familyeconomy, purpose is to analyze the level of medium occupation education is the emergence of"Been trapped in poverty by receiving education" phenomenon. According to the socialphenomenon of this kind of arrhythmia, to analysis root causes of this phenomenon andproposes appropriate solutions and countermeasures.Secondary vocational education plays a very important role in improving the quality ofpeasants, the transfer of rural surplus labor force, employment promotion, and povertyeradication. But itsfar-reaching harm to deepen people’s prejudices about of secondary vocational education,sparked following the "Knowledge is useless" after the "Secondary Vocational educationuseless." Causing rural families prematurely abandon investment in education of theirchildren, resulting in their children immediately go to the work after a junior high schoolgraduation, this will led to such social problems of child labor.Huaxian secondary occupation education promote family economic developmentproblems, the reason is that rate of return of secondary vocational education is the lack, slowgrowth of peasants’ income and education investment deviation. From the schools of secondary vocational education, the reason is that management concept of schools was old,weak teachers and specialty is not suitable. From the government, the reason is thatinadequate investment in secondary vocational education, access system of labor market isnot perfect, the policy of promote and development secondary education was poor and thesystem of secondary vocational education was defects. From social, the reason is that thesocial and economic uneven development, the system of secondary vocational educationgrants is imperfect, unfavorable opinion on secondary vocational education and no onewilling to investment in secondary vocational education.Countermeasures of Huaxian secondary occupation education to promote familyeconomic development, first of all, we must develop secondary vocational education,increase investment in secondary vocational education, improve the access system of labormarket, formulate feasible policies of secondary vocational education, and reform the systemof secondary vocational education. Then, the schools of secondary vocational education getautonomy change the concept of running school, to construction of double-qualified teacher’steam, and market-oriented on specialty. Finally, we must to promote rural economicdevelopment. Through the vocational education and entrepreneurship education, increasepeasants’ income and improve the quality of peasants.
