With the gradual increase in the degree of financing trade of China's state-owned enterprises,the accompanying trade risks are also increasing year by year.The financing trade of most state-owned enterprises,in essence,plays the role of a “bank” for small and medium-sized private enterprises.However,in the course of operation,it lacks the integrity and rigor of the banking system.There is no scientific prior credit evaluation,nor strict risk prevention and contingency measures.In terms of supervision,it is impossible to supervise accounts in real time like banks.Only Provide financing support within the scope of controllable margin and partial collateral.Due to the strong desire for expansion of small and medium-sized enterprises and the relatively loose financing environment,the entire financing trade scale continues to develop,and the risks are becoming more and more obvious.When the capital chain of the private enterprise breaks down,the state-owned enterprise as the actual investor cannot recover the payment on time and return it to the bank at the price agreed in the contract,and the state-owned enterprise will become the last payer to bear the bank 's default responsibility,bringing irreparable damage to the enterprise.as a result of.Based on the above background,this paper takes a state-owned enterprise engaged in international trade as an example to study the risk management of financing trade projects.On the basis of sorting out the research status at home and abroad,the evaluation indicators were selected according to the characteristics of China's financing trade projects.A first-level indicator and 18 second-level indicators constitute a risk index evaluation system for financing trade projects.In the process of evaluating HT's financing in four stages,the author's evaluation index refers to the principle of analytic hierarchy process and combines the comprehensive evaluation method.In the process of evaluating HT's financing projects,the author used the fuzzy evaluation method to calculate the overall risk level of the project,and concluded that the project is a medium risk,and the project risk control needs to be carried out.The stage,project implementation stage and post-project evaluation stage give specific measures to control project risks.
