Nowadays,tourism has become a pillar industry in China's economy,contributing more than 10% to the economy and people's livelihood.At the same time,the country is deepening supplyside structural reform,and the supply structure of tourism is also being optimized.At the same time,people's demand for spiritual culture is increasing day by day,which forces the cultural industry to constantly update and improve.The cultural and tourism industry is also like this.The traditional theme amusement,tourism and performing arts cannot achieve greater market and profit growth by themselves.Now tourism industry has been to change and update,a large number of social capital into the market,bring the prospect at the same time,also brought many problems,such as overall planning,many projects lack of previous research and there is no mature design,operational management team,even launch is often just a flash in the pan,and finally make the social capital into the drain;Some tourism projects and products lack innovation and are designed to be the same,such as historical towns and antique blocks,which lack characteristics and vitality and not only cause a waste of resources,but also affect the ecological construction.Industry enterprises with brand and management output ability by running the asset light mode,can play their own advantages,and market capital cooperation,both neither can make project decoration,also can promote the vigorous development of tour industry in our country,implementation tour industry supply side structural reforms,providing distinctive and vitality of the cultural products.This paper takes song cheng performing arts as an example to study the consequences of the asset-light transformation of cultural and tourism enterprises.It first introduces relevant theoretical basis of asset-light operation,such as labor division theory and smile curve theory,and introduces concepts such as asset-light and asset-light operation mode.Then the case is introduced to analyze the development status of the cultural tourism industry,and the song city show business is introduced in detail,including its development process and core competitiveness.Moreover,the strategy of the company's asset-light transformation is further introduced,in an attempt to restore its transformation process and compare the light and heavy asset models.Finally the analysis of the case,the motivation behind the songcheng acting to implement transformation,including changes in the external environment,internal capital chain competitors increase pressure,market expansion,etc.,would be acting to implement asset light before and after the transformation of data analysis,respectively from the perspectives of both financial and market transformation effect,its performance for the decline in profitability,cost control is insufficient,the market share drop,at the same time,the capital operation is relatively stable,social influence.Through analysis,it is found that while steadily promoting local expansion,songcheng performing arts can keenly detect market risks,avoid the ceiling effect caused by homogenization and market bottleneck,and timely start the replication of asset-heavy projects and asset-light projects in other places,which will bring new profit points to the enterprise.When running light asset operation mode,of course,there are also many problems,such as asset light project ground faces many challenges,single acting mode,operation management output board and light assets less profit contribution,etc.,to solve these problems,this paper puts forward the corresponding optimization Suggestions,such as strengthening content innovation,actively develop business,strengthening operation management and explore a new mode of operation,looking for new profit growth point.
