Research On The Application Of Similar Financial Pattern

With the continuous development of e-commerce and new retail,retail companies are faced with more fierce market competition.On the one hand,it is urgent to expand the scale to seize the market,on the other hand,it needs to upgrade its business,and both of them have generated a greater demand for capital.Under this background,the financial model has become the choice of many supermarket retail companies because of its low capital cost.The so-called similar financial pattern refers to the operation mode in which non-financial enterprises,like banks,absorb them in a low-cost or even cost-free manner,occupy all kinds of funds,and ultimately use these funds to obtain income.As the leading enterprises in the supermarket retail industry,Yonghui supermarket has a good momentum of development in recent years.Yonghui supermarket rely on their supply chain advantages to achieve effective control of channels and develop their financial models.However,there are many problems in their application,which need to be studied and solved.This paper mainly uses the literature research method and the case analysis method to carry on the research to the supermarket retail financial model application question,specifically includes the following five aspects of content.Firstly,the research background,research purpose and research route are expounded in this paper;Secondly,it introduces the financing cost theory,the supply chain management theory and other related theoretical basis,defines the definition of the type of financial model,and expounds the application motivation and financial characteristics of the type of financial financing mode;Then,this paper describes the current situation of the application of the financial model of listed companies in the supermarket retail industry,introduces the Yonghui supermarket through the introduction of the company and the current business situation,and makes use of the financial characteristics to introduce the Yonghui supermarket.Basic judgment on whether to adopt the similar financial model;Fourthly,this paper analyzes the application mode of the financial model of Yonghui supermarket,and analyzes the problems existing in the applied financial model of Yonghui supermarket from the aspects of the development of new retail business,debt structure,capital repayment and so on,and puts forward the corresponding problem solving strategies.Finally,the main research conclusions are drawn.
