YC Company's Business Plan For Mathematical Thinking Project

YC's mathematical thinking project has a broad market prospects.With the proposal of the new national education policy and the demand for quality education in the market,the future children's mathematical thinking project can solve the problem of insufficient high-quality resources in education and has a great development space.Based on this,this paper argues that,with Shenyang as the core,children's mathematical thinking projects radiating the surrounding three or four-tier cities have great space for development and profit.It is planned to set up a children's mathematical thinking project in YC company where it belongs.Through MBA's knowledge,it will guide practice and develop the children's mathematical thinking training project which combines online and offline.Through interviews with educational institutions and teachers,as well as the analysis of all relevant data,using Porter's five forces model,this paper analyzes the competition between Shenyang training market and the internal and external environment of the project,and on this basis,writes a business plan.This business plan is based on project overview,marketing,organizational structure design and human resource planning,financial and risk analysis.At the same time,this paper uses a variety of methods for analysis and research,based on STP theory of market choice analysis and marketing strategy analysis based on 4P marketing theory.At the same time,we intend to build a stable and efficient teacher team through strict recruitment,scientific and effective training and positive performance incentives.The financial forecast and evaluation have been completed.Through the analysis of policy and market risks,the corresponding countermeasures to prevent risks have been formulated.This paper draws a conclusion(1)From the analysis results,it shows that the project has a greater development prospects and profit space(2)From the financial aspect,it has a higher profit space.(3)Risk analysis shows that there are some risks in this project,but within the scope of control.It is hoped that this business plan will be of guiding significance to our own venture,and at the same time,it will also provide reference for other educational institutions.
