Hongjitang Pharmaceutical Group is a large pharmaceutical company, specializing in research and development, manufacturing and marketing of Chinese medicine. Since founded in 1909, this group has gone through years of vicissitudes. In 2002, It was changed into a private enterprise from a state-controlled one, which gave this old group a new chance to revive. In 10 years, this enterprise kept expanding, and has become an important local tax payer till 2013. With its constant development, the problems on talent management emerged, which was mainly reflected in weak management of human capital, especially the deficiency of training system. Currently, the problems of personnel training with a single mode, non-systematic training and no pertinence have gotten leaders’ attention. Therefore, it is a meaningful proposition and realistic task to make a targeting study based on the group’s current situation, support the sustainable development of the group’s personnel management construction and propose corresponding suggestions. This article will make a deep analysis on the influence that employees get from the enterprise training, which is based on the relative theories of human resource development and management with the systematic analysis of the quality and quantity combination, Empirical study, and Maslow’s hierarchy. It also studies how to establish an innovative mode with a multi-wheel drive according to enterprise actual situation. Through this article, Hongjitang Pharmaceutical Group established multi-wheel drive training mode such as online/offline training mode, apprenticeship, off-job training and In-service education etc. proposed detailed implementation method and measures; meanwhile, corresponding incentive measures have been enacted combined with the implementation measures to ensure the entraining implementation. Finally, it will apply this project management mode to the training result of management and transformation so as to improve the enforceability and the effectiveness of training with a maximum and provide guarantees for talent strategy in enterprise rapid development especially the middle management cadres training implementation.
