Research On Cultivating And Promoting The Core Competitiveness Of Educational Training Enterprises-BJBW

In view of the rapid development of IT technology and application,the IT related technology education and training industry has developed vigorously.After the birth of many training institutions in this industry,how to solve the problem of survival and development is an urgent problem to be solved.From the perspective of core competence,this paper attempts to conduct in-depth research with BJBW as the case study object to help enterprises analyze and enhance core competence.Firstly,this paper introduces the related theories of enterprise competition and training education,including the concept of competitiveness,the source and research status,and the definition of the concept of education and training.At the same time,it discusses the relationship between competitiveness and education and training institutions.Then the internal and external environment of BJBW is analyzed,and the elements of competitiveness of BJBW are analyzed by the improved value chain analysis method.On this basis,the existing core competitiveness is evaluated by quantitative model and expert evaluation method,and the advantages and disadvantages of the current core competitiveness are obtained.Finally,aiming at the existing problems,this paper puts forward specific strategies to cultivate and enhance students' core competitiveness.The research results of this paper will help enterprises to solve the problem of further enhancing their core competitiveness.
