With the advent of the era of knowledge economy,knowledge has become the most strategic and important resource in the process of creating and maintaining competitive advantage.Effective knowledge sharing can promote the rapid flow of knowledge,strengthen communication and collaboration within the enterprise,and can realize the effective development and full utilization of knowledge resources by enterprises.Enterprise Social Network(ESN)provides favorable technical support for knowledge sharing within the enterprise.Through ESN,employees can not only share their explicit knowledge easily through written communication,but also easily share tacit knowledge through informal communication,and promote the flow and absorption of knowledge within the enterprise.In addition,the application of ESN in enterprises has also greatly changed social capital that exists in social networks.ESN encourages communication between different regions and organizations,which helps to increase understanding and promote “dialogue.” This process may require many participants to work together to solve problems,virtually increasing human capital,and the “social listening” feature of social networks allows focusing on reporting and dialogue,promoting the acquisition and development of new knowledge,and providing a collaborative professional relationship system that increases the visibility of social capital.However,most of the existing researches focus on the impact of social capital on employees' knowledge sharing behavior in reality.The research on the influence mechanism of social capital in employee knowledge sharing behavior in ESN is rarely involved.In view of the above situation,this paper firstly analyzed the domestic and international knowledge sharing and its influencing factors,the definition of ESN and its impact on knowledge sharing,theory of social capital and its impact on employee knowledge sharing behavior in ESN.And the thesis has summarized the application of theory of planning theory in the study of related behaviors,and has pointed out the deficiency of the study.Secondly,combining with the research results of predecessors,the influence mechanism model of social capital on employee knowledge sharing behavior in ESN with the theory of planned behavior as the theoretical support are construct,and the related hypotheses are proposed.Finally,the data is collected by means of questionnaires.The reliability and rationality of the questionnaire are verified by checking the reliability and validity of the scale.The structural equation model is constructed by AMOS 21.0,and the relevant hypotheses proposed in this study are verified.The empirical results showed that interaction,reciprocity,shared vision,and common language have a significant positive impact on knowledge sharing attitudes in ESN,and they affect knowledge sharing willingness through knowledge sharing attitudes,too;knowledge sharing attitudes,subjective norms and perception behavior control have a significant positive impact on knowledge sharing willingness,and they also influence knowledge sharing behavior through knowledge sharing willingness.According to the results of this research,suggestions are made on how to improve the knowledge sharing behavior of employees in ESN from the aspects of enhancing social capital and strengthening the willingness to share knowledge.These suggestions provide theoretical and practical guidance which are to promote the flow of knowledge,strengthen communication and collaboration within the enterprise,and thus improve the knowledge management ability of enterprises,and maintain competitive advantage.
