The production of China's fire truck products has experienced a gradual development stage from scratch to coarse to fine,reflecting the good development trend of China's industrial market.Fire truck is a kind of product with special public service function,its development highly depends on national policies and regulations.The development of economy and the improvement of people's living standards have not only put forward the quantity requirements for fire engine products,but also put forward the quality guarantee.With the improvement of the concept of national fire protection,the importance of fire protection work has been widely valued.At present,the gap between supply and demand of fire truck market in China is still large.At the same time,China's fire truck enterprises are also facing fierce competition from the brand of international fire engines.Therefore,it is of great practical value to explore the competitive situation of China's fire truck market and analyze the competitive strategies of domestic fire truck enterprises under this dual background.Firstly,the research status and development trend of fire engine product market at home and abroad are analyzed,and the purpose and necessity of the research are pointed out.Then,taking SCST enterprise as an example,this paper discusses the main business model of fire engine enterprise,the operation status and financial status of listed companies and subsidiary companies in the industry.In this study,through the design of questionnaires,SCST Fire Fighting Equipment Manufacturing Co.,Ltd.business status and competitive development issues were analyzed in depth.It was found that enterprise production management was extensive,lack of awareness of resource sharing and enterprise technology development was limited.Then,this study uses PEST model and five-force model to analyze the market competition environment and position of SCST enterprises.Finally,on this basis,this study puts forward the competitive strategy of SCST Fire Equipment Manufacturing Co.,Ltd: green innovation,information innovation and customization innovation of fire engine products;technical and functional innovation of fire engine products,strategic alliance with competitors,full use of government policy support;innovation strategy of production and service of fire engine products.The innovation of this paper lies in the comprehensive use of PEST and five-force competition model,and the systematic analysis of the competition situation and strategy of domestic fire engine enterprises.This paper has significant practical guiding significance for the innovation of production and marketing mode,market operation and competitiveness improvement of fire engine enterprises.
