Insurance intermediary is an important part of the insurance market,and it's the link and bridge of insurance transaction activities and the window for insurance industry to serve the society.With the rapid development of commercial insurance in China,more and more people have disscussed sbout the channels of insurance sales.In recent years,with the increasing social demand for insurance,the diversified demand for insurance companies of intermediary sales channels is more urgent,which brings great opportunities for the development of insurance professional agency market.On the other hand,the potential financial risks of insurance agency industry affect the healthy development of insurance industry and the financial security foundation of the whole society.In recent years,there are violations of laws and regulations by insurance agencies,which hinders the development of insurance agencies themselves,but also has a bad impact on societies.It can be seen that how insurance agency companies set reasonable strategic objectives in the light of their own development has become an unavoidable problem.The research object of this paper is Inner Mongolia CGAB Insurance Agency.Firstly,the paper sorted out relevant strategic theories and management research methods,then analyzed the external macro environment of Inner Mongolia CGAB insurance agency by PEST analysis,and analyzed the development status of insurance agency industry by using Porter's five-force model.Finally we summarized the opportunities and threats facing the CGAB insurance agency in Inner Mongolia.Secondly,we analysed the internal environment of the company,and pointed out the advantages and disadvantages of the companys.On this basis,using SWOT matrix,the four alternative strategies are obtained,and according to specific analysis,the overall strategy of growth is selected for the company.Specifically,this paper believed that Inner Mongolia CGAB insurance agency can focus on a focused growth strategy under the growth strategy.The competitive strategy is based on the focused growth strategy,implementing a low-cost strategy on the business process,that is,a low-cost focused competitive strategy.Finally,according to the strategy,it proposes measures to strengthen the talent team,improve incentive compensation,improve marketing service capabilities,and establish brand image and other strategic implementation guarantee measures.The purpose of this paper is to find a feasible development strategy for Inner Mongolia CGAB Insurance Agency Company,which is in the bottleneck period of development.It also hopes to provide some reference for the development and strategic research of other insurance agents in China.
