As China's financial reforms deepen,the scale of the market is gradually expanding.A large number of foreign banks have poured in,and competition has become more intense,but on the other hand,it reflects the vigorous development of our country's financial industry.However,due to the influx of foreign banks,China's commercial banks are also facing various pressures,especially the pressure on talents,and the competition is fierce.How to attract and retain outstanding talents is a problem that enterprises can't ignore.The competition between enterprises and enterprises is the competition of talents.For enterprises,salary is one of the most effective incentives to attract and retain outstanding talents..At present,in China's commercial banks,marketers,as core talents in banks,play an important role in the operation,participation,and market competition of commercial banks.Can banks maximize their incentives for marketers to realize their potential?
