In recent years,China's joint-stock commercial banks have developed rapidly,and The implementation of the customer manager system has played a big role.The customer manager is the link between the joint-stock commercial bank and the customer,and plays the role of communication,service,marketing and expansion.These practical problems will come up at work:How do you manage the retail account manager team?What salary incentive system should be adopted to guide retail customer managers to work harder for their customers?Is this incentive system working smoothly?Is it possible to integrate the personal interests of the retail account manager with the overall interests of the bank?These problems will be taken seriously in this study.From the micro perspective,this paper takes salary incentive system as the object of study,and analyzes the current situation of the incentive system of retail account managers in Taiyuan branch of Industrial Bank of china.It has been with the Taiyuan branch of Industrial Bank Retail Customer Manager,collected 230 valid questionnaires,and face-to-face communication and part of the retail customer manager,understand the current salary satisfaction.The salary and the branch of the Industrial Bank Taiyuan branch manager of the retail customers of other posts compare compared with local counterparts in similar position,find the existing now in the operation of salary incentive system problems,put forward the optimization measures,design more in line with the requirements of the development of salary incentive system.This paper sets out some mainstream theories of compensation theory and incentive theory,and integrates some of the views into the process of analyzing the incentive system of retail account managers in Taiyuan branch of Industrial Bank of china.Find the shortcomings are: retail customer manager salary bonus level and the status of the industry does not match the salary,negative incentive is obvious,internal equity and employee welfare,lack of flexibility,lack of fairness in the lack of long-term incentive system.The main optimization measures are proposed to re design the salary,bonus,welfare,thinking is to solve the internal equity and external equity,employee equity issues,reduce excessive negative incentives,increase the profit sharing plan and flexible welfare plan.The core of the follow-up program of the optimization design is the unified rating of the customer manager,which points out the direction for further development of the optimization work.The research results of this paper,the actual management has been partially applied to team manager of Taiyuan branch of Industrial Bank,the system's brother branches have reference value,also has great reference significance for other joint-stock commercial banks.
