Bill is an important settlement tool in money market and an important part of banking business development.Its financial and financing functions are deepening.Because of its high liquidity,it not only helps banks to accelerate the integration of business resources,but also plays an increasingly important role in broadening the financing channels of enterprises,improving the structure of financial assets of enterprises,and supporting the real economy.Since 2010,the bill market has entered a "blowout" state,and the proportion of commercial credit assets has been rising.With the booming of financial disintermediation and Internet bill market,the scale of bill market transactions has risen sharply,and a fast-growing bill era has quietly come.Simply relying on personal loans,commercial loans and other conventional business has been unable to meet the growth of economic efficiency and the needs of the times.As a low-risk bill business,it has become an important means for banks to increase revenue,adjust credit structure and change business model.It has been paid more and more attention,and the competition has gradually intensified.Based on the theory of management and the actual situation of commercial banks,this paper takes P branch of state-owned bank as the research object,and analyses the macro-environment and industry environment of P branch's bill business.It uses PEST method to discuss the macro-environment from four aspects of politics,economy,society and technology respectively.Then Porter's five-force method is used to analyze the model of P branch.The paper makes a concrete analysis of the development environment of bill business,adopts SWOT method to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of market competition,and grasps the current opportunities and challenges.Finally,combined with the actual situation of the development of P branch's bill business,the paper summarizes the problems and causes in the development of its bill business.Combining with the theory of competitive strategy,this paper designs the differentiated competitive strategy of P branch's bill business,and puts forward relevant design principles.The specific content of the competitive strategy includes bill product line,product pricing strategy,business organization process and marketing strategy,and puts forward feasible schemes to promote P branch's bill business.Further development.Finally,from the four aspects of preventing and controlling business risks,strengthening staff building,establishing incentive mechanism and strengthening cultural construction,this paper puts forward feasible safeguard measures,hoping to provide reference suggestions for the development of P Branch's bill business.
