With the development of the global economy,the market share of electronic industry,electric tooling,cars and energy storage equipment is increasing.The demand of energy for market is increasing.But the traditional energy such as petroleum,coal is limited,and they do not have the ability of self-purification,there is no good solution for the ecological environment.This made the demand of new energy to be pressing.As a new industry,with the increase of market demand and national policy support,there spring up a lot of lithium battery enterprises in recent years.The competition has become extremely fierce between the large numbers of lithium battery enterprises.Dongguan T Technology Co.,Ltd.as a leading position of lithium battery industry,how to improve product R&D quality,cycle and innovation,enhance the core competitiveness of the company,the premise is an efficient R&D process management.Modern enterprise is not just a aggregation of different department,but a system of procedure.The management with high-efficiency procedures will enhance the competitive capacity of enterprise.This paper studies the R&D process management of T Company,the current process was established ten years ago.Through the current R&D procedure implement,it has been unable to achieve the purpose of efficient R&D,and even hindered the development of R&D.Due to the unreasonable and lack of the process,the problems such as low mass production ratio,long R&D cycle and the lack of complete innovation technology process are exposed in the product research and development.Therefore,as a middle-level manager of R&D department,it is necessary to think about how to manage the R&D process,optimize the existing process and create the missing process,so as to achieve efficient and innovative R&D process.The research on R&D process management is divided into four parts: at first,through reading the literature on R&D process,learning 5W3 H,gate diameter,SWOT,ECRS,DMAIC to learn R&D theory methodology;Second,by analyzing the structure of R&D procedure methodology,the inapplicable R&D procedure will lead to three major issues: long R&D cycle,FAE invalid and lack of innovation technology process;Third,by means of clarify the functions of the process,merge the lengthy "serial" process and optimize the material confirmation procedure by Material plat-form.We can make the procedure smooth;establish lean R&D process to guide innovation technology project research & development,and make the R&D process adopt new ideas to improve the efficiency of R&D and product safety and reliability;Fourth,in order to ensure the smooth implementation of the process,use top-down management to promote and organizational structure adjustment.Evaluate the optimized design scheme of R&D process management,to make the optimized process management meet the needs of high-speed development of enterprises.Therefore,the core of R&D process management is the process management and optimization of the process.The creation of the final goal is to ensure the rapid and healthy development of R&D.
