With the strengthening of national support to promote domestic demand,micro-credit loans,as an important means of promotion,play an increasingly important role in the economic life of Chinese residents,and also become a new growth point of retail business of major Banks.For highquality customers with high credit rating,they are directly obtained by large financial institutions such as Banks and given credit granting matching with the bank credit evaluation system.However,For the customers with relatively thin credit information of the people's bank of China,the bank,out of the need to transfer the risk,requires the third-party guarantee to increase the credit line required by consumption,which also promotes the prosperity and development of the guarantee industry.For guarantee companies,the level of customer credit risk management largely determines the operating level and profitability of the company.The risk control problems faced by the guarantee company mainly include: the customer credit information and the information obtained by the company;the professional level of internal risk control examiners is uneven;the risk factors change with the change of domestic economic environment;the lack of accurate and effective risk assessment model;and the imperfect assessment process.So,in order to maintain healthy and stable development of company,ensure efficient and orderly business,guarantee company urgently needs to process unobstructed,powerful control of customer credit risk management measures.This paper first states the significance of the subject selection and the risk management methods of credit loans at home and abroad,providing a reference for studying the credit assessment mode suitable for H guarantee company.After that,I studied relevant theories and sorted out literatures to lay a good theoretical foundation for this study.Then,the current situation of risk control of H guarantee company is understood through investigation,and the key points of risk control are summarized.Then to H guarantee company customer data as the research sample,analyze customer's natural characteristics,economic characteristics and characteristics of the loan and its inner link between the risk level,screening of the influencing factors of customer credit loan level.The naive bayes method and support vector machine were used to further study the data,and a new customer credit evaluation model was established by combining the beneficial aspects in the original risk control process of the company.Finally,based on the experimental results,this paper adopts the support vector machine based on polynomial kernel to establish the customer credit evaluation model,and based on this,it formulates the management method and implementation plan suitable for H guarantee company,and summarizes the implementation effect.The customer risk management method involved in this paper has achieved good results in H company,which is of certain positive significance for the risk control construction of the guarantee industry.
