Service Evaluation Of Public Resource Trading Platform

Not only as a unified platform for the admission of public resources in China,but the public resource trading platform provides comprehensive services for public resource transactions,which are closely related to public resources,market entities,the public,and the authorities.Therefore,service evaluation of the public resource trading platforms exerts a positive effect on the transformation of government functions,public services level promotion,the impartiality of public resource transactions,and the reasonable use of administrative power.This paper studies service evaluation of the public resource trading platform,aiming to establish a set of index system and evaluation model.Based on absorbing some correlated domestic and overseas researching results,this paper introduces the following research by using different methods including questionnaire survey,expert interview,mathematical calculation and empirical analysis.Firstly,By teasing out the related concepts of the public resource trading platform,this paper explains service connotation detail of the public resource trading platform and find out the key indicators for the evaluation model.From the perspective of the composition of the public resource trading platform,a service evaluation system with 32 indicators in four dimensions of electronic trading system,electronic service system,operation service organization and platform place facility are established.Secondly,the fuzzy evaluation is adopted as the service evaluation method of public resource trading platform.The ANP method is used to determine the index weight by SD software,and the detailed index scoring criteria are formulated based on the relevant research results.Finally,Evaluating the public resource trading platform service of A city,and the results are further analyzed to verify the rationality and feasibility of the evaluation model.
