A Study On Countermeasures Of G City To Integrate And Share Public Resource Trading Platforms

In recent years,the state has carried out the simplification of administration and decentralization and institutional reform from the top to the bottom.At the same time,it has also accelerated the integrated management of the public resource trading platform.In view of the operation of this platform,effective measures have also been formulated,with remarkable results.However,from the current situation,all integration is directly determined by the government,but different departments of the government have different views on the issues,resulting in the integration mode of public resource trading platform can not be effectively unified,and there is no scientific and reasonable method to integrate.This paper analyzes and discusses the relevant theories of the public resource trading platform,re combs the development history of the public resource trading platform,and summarizes the loopholes in the management of the former public resource trading platform.Through the effective integration of the public resource trading platform,this paper summarizes the specific integration measures,and compares and classifies them in different ways.The research of this paper is divided into six chapters,The first chapter is the introduction;the second chapter is the core concept of public resources and related theoretical overview;the third chapter is analysis on the current situation and existing problems of the construction of public resource trading platform in G City;the fourth chapter is the introduction to the construction experience of public resource trading platform in and out of China;the fifth chapter is countermeasures and suggestions on promoting the integration and sharing of G City's public resources trading platform;the sixth chapter is the conclusion and the forecast.Based on the case study of G City,this paper analyzes the current situation of G city's public resource trading platform and the existing problems of the platform,and holds that although a unified platform website has been established at present,there are still many problems in function and data sharing.In view of these problems,from the overall design,main content,operation mechanism and supervision system guarantee of the integration and sharing of public resource trading platform,etc From three aspects,this paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for the integration and sharing of G city's public resources trading platform,which provides a scientific selection method and basis for the mode selection of the integration of public resources trading platform.
