Problems And Countermeasures In The Operation Of Public Resources Trading Platform In Zhaoqing

Since 2016,Zhaoqing public resources trading platform has been in operation for three years,which has made a positive contribution to the effective allocation of public resources in Zhaoqing City and accumulated experience for Zhaoqing City to explore open,transparent and efficient public resources trading in the context of further marketization and information age.In this paper,under what conditions zhaoqing city establishes a public resource trading platform,the operation process of the platform,and the platform summarizes,sorts and expounds the achievements of resource integration.Based on the interviews and talks of the parties involved in the public resource transaction of zhaoqing city,the problems in the operation of the city's platform were found,and the root causes of these problems in the operation of the platform were explored.Put forward the suggestion of optimizing platform operation and problem solving strategy.The establishment and use of public resource trading platform in zhaoqing city is a favorable means and an effective measure for rational allocation of its public resources.The legitimacy of the trading platform use,convenience,the rationality of the layout,scientific public resources trading is the basic,which requires the corresponding perfect laws and regulations,platform operation and effective management system,complete equipment and talent base,and by means of information technology and provide effective supervision system to ensure that public resources trading platform can run smoothly,so as to play its role in the public resources trading.This paper aims to provide Suggestions on the direction of reform and management policy for the specific application of zhaoqing public resource platform by deepening thinking and systematizing,hoping to contribute to the marketization of zhaoqing and the promotion of social economy.
