The penetration rate of private education in China's education industry is gradually increasing with the upgrading of consumption.The education industry is developing rapidly under the influence of various factors such as policy,economy and technology.The loss rae of employee and turnover rate of private education institutions are a problem that cannot be ignored in the later management and training.As an example of private education,Huayu Education in Gansu Province also faces the dilemma of frequent employee turnover.Usually,companies use economic incentives to motivate employees,but for employees who focus on their own development,economic incentives have little effect.Therefore,it is particularly important to introduce the non-economic reward incentive model for the change of employee demand level.How to improve the non-economic reward incentive model of private education institutions and reduce employee loss rae and turnover rate are urgent problems to be solved.This paper takes Huayu Education as an example to carry out empirical research,and the following work:(1)Huayu education human resources and non-economic reward incentive model analysis.Through interviews and consultation,this paper summarizes and analyses the current situation of Huayu educational human resources and non-economic reward incentive mode,puts forward the existing problems of Huayu educational human resources and non-economic reward incentive mode.(2)Constructing the index system of non-economic incentive factors.Through literature review method,the non-economic incentive factors are summarized and classified toform an index system of non-economic incentive factors.(3)Extract the key factors of non-economic reward incentives.Structural equation model(SEM)is used to construct the non-economic reward incentive model.The model is fitted,evaluated and revised by the survey data of Huayu education staff.Finally,the key factors in the non-economic reward incentive model and the path analysis between the key factors are extracted.(4)Constructing non-economic reward incentive model.Based on the results of data analysis and the current situation of Huayu education non-economic reward incentive mode,this paper puts forward some non-economic reward incentive countermeasures for Huayu education staff,forms an effective non-economic reward incentive mode,provides countermeasures and suggestions for the non-economic reward incentive mode of Xigu Huayu education in Lanzhou,and also provides decision-making reference for non-economic reward incentive mode of other private educational institutions.
