With the advent of the era of knowledge economy,enterprises are faced with a complex and ever-changing environment.Enterprises want to maintain a good competitive advantage and development momentum,must pay attention to organizational improvement and innovation,enterprises can only achieve stability and development if they spare no effort to innovate and improve their core competitiveness.Enterprise innovation relies heavily on employee innovation to complete.Employee innovation is the premise of organizational innovation.The innovative behavior of knowledge workers plays a central role,and the stimulation of individual creative behavior is inseparable from the behavior of leaders.At work,leaders often play a pivotal role,and their actions will inevitably have an impact on employee innovation.For employees,the most effective and authoritative force in the work environment that they experience every day is the leader.Therefore,leadership is also a very important part and an indispensable part of promoting enterprise innovation.But because leaders are limited by energy and ability,they can’t take care of multi-faceted management and rely solely on individuals to deal with them.In order to quickly respond to the challenges brought about by environmental changes,the organizational structure has gradually changed from traditional centralized management to a flat operation.Therefore,how to conduct leadership empowerment for employees will be an important development direction for future organizational operations.Improving the efficiency and flexibility of the organization is also a new requirement for leadership behavior.Therefore,based on literature research and related research recommendations,this study establishes the research theme of “the influence of leadership empowerment behavior on employee innovation behavior”.It mainly studies how the empowerment behavior of leadership influences the mechanism of employee’s innovation behavior,and discusses the intermediary effect of employee’s knowledge sharing in the relationship between leadership empowerment behavior and employee innovation behavior.Furthermore,many studies have pointed out that self-efficacy also plays an important role in the innovation process.Therefore,in the perspective of self-efficacy,how leadership empowerment behavior affects employee innovation behavior is also a study of the role between the two.Another perspective of the mechanism.The research methods used in this paper mainly include literature research,questionnaire survey and data analysis.Firstly,based on the literature research,the research hypothesis model is proposed,and then the empirical research is carried out through the issuance of largesamples,and the research conclusion is drawn.At the same time,combined with the conclusions of this study,some suggestions for management practice are put forward,and it is hoped that the business leaders can provide theoretical basis and action evidence for promoting employee innovation through their own actions.
