In the context of information age.Via all sorts of electronic information technology,information can be shared between superiors and inferiors,which changes leadership efficacy of leaders.Leaders can only keep pace with the changes of information era,cultivate and boost their e-leadership accordingly so as to obtain continuously competitive advantage.Some related research has indicated that under the coordination of electronic leadership,the working pattern of employees,their working behavior,working attitude and pattern of creating value have been changed gradually.It can be seen that electronic leadership,knowledge sharing and employees' innovation behavior have intimate relationship.Electronic leadership plays an important role in making companies adaptable to challenges and difficulties in the new environment,it is a key factor to guide employees to adapt to new environment,create new ideas and new products.While knowledge is a key factor for innovation creation,under the influence of information technology,its sharing pattern and approach have changed tremendously,which also impacts employees' innovation behavior remarkably.Based on Leader Behavior Theory and Social Exchange Theory,this research targets enterprise employees and establishes the relationship model among electronic leadership,knowledge sharing and employees' innovation behavior via literature summary.Based on the investigation about 526 enterprise employees and under the condition of knowledge sharing as mediation,the effect mechanism of electronic leadership on employees' innovation behavior is analyzed deeply and empirically.The main research results are as follows:(1),There is no remarkable difference about electronic leadership in aspects of gender,age,education degree,working years and working type while knowledge sharing has big difference in terms of age,the average value of the senior is remarkably higher;age and education are proportional to employees' innovation behavior while gender and working type are inversely proportional to it.(2),Electronic leadership has significantly positive influence on employees' innovation behavior.(3),Electronic leadership has significantly positive influence on knowledge sharing.(4),Knowledge sharing has significantly positive influence on employees' innovation behavior.(5),Knowledge sharing has partial intermediary effect between electronic leadership and employees' innovation behavior.Based on the above-mentioned research conclusions,this research puts forward some management suggestions as follows according to them and research conditions which can effectively promote employees' innovation behavior: emphasize cultivation of electronic leadership,establish innovation atmosphere keeping pace with time;set up and perfect electronic incentive system,improve the efficiency of knowledge sharing;perfect electronic communication patterns,solidify knowledge sharing transfer mechanism.This research summarizes the concept definition and structural dimensionality of electronic leadership,expands its research under Chinese conditions,establishes the relationship model between electronic leadership and employees' innovation behavior which take knowledge sharing as intermediary.This research is of important theoretical significance for further conducting empirical research about electronic leadership under Chinese specific conditions,its conclusions and management enlightenment can provide reference and guidance for enterprise management to promote their electronic leadership and employees' innovation.
