Human resource is the strategic resource of international competition and economic development in 21th century, and becomes the chief resource increasingly when the enterprise gets the competitive advantage, especially, the senior managers are the deciding factor of enterprises' development, and the core force of the operation. The senior managers of the private enterprises in our country change jobs frequently because of the enterprises lack perfect human resource management mechanism generally, and the issue that this part of people run off has become one of the major problems that puzzle a lot of enterprises increasingly. Therefore, it is important for the enterprises and the development of the whole national industry to clear the main factors that influence the choice of turnover and how to. attract and reserve the excellent senior managers.Taking the senior managers in private enterprises of shaanxi province as object of study, this thesis got 174 sample data through questionnaire and adopted many kinds of methods, such as descriptive statistics analysis, variance analysis, regression analysis, etc, to do demonstration analysis of the influence factors of senior managers' turnover in private enterprises and build an agent model of senior managers' turnover in private enterprises. On the basis of reviewing the domestic and international existing research results, combing the physical truth of our country and the feather of senior managers' turnover private enterprises, this thesis bring forward some factors that may influence turnover intention, and discuss the relationship between the factors and turnover intention through variance analysis, regression analysis. The result of the research shows that working satisfaction, continue commitment, affectional commitment and working chance directly influence turnover intention. The working satisfaction can explain the highest degree in the issue of senior managers turnover intention, and the next in turn is affectional commitment, continue commitment and working chance. This showed that employer's honor, organic condition, return and fairness of working, working self-determination, personal development and working pressure influence the turnover intention through working satisfaction, furthermore, influencing the turnover behavior. The enterprises development prospect, personal relationships, employer's honor, return and fairness of working and personal development influence the turnover intention through organization commitment, furthermore, influencing the turnover behavior. On the aspect of population statistic variable, the gender and marital status have no effect on turnover intention and other variables. The age, education background and service duration has significant effect on turnover intention.Eventually based on the result of research this thesis puts forwards some suggestions to preserve and inspirit the senior managers in private enterprises.
