Comparative Study On Sez In Russia And China

This paper analyses the main differences and similarities of Special Economic Zones of two countries in order to find a key point of possible ways of implementation Chinese success on Russian reality.Briefly introduced the idea of SEZ and main benefits are followed up with the explanation why Russia needs the development.Limitations and advantages in establishing SEZ,in general,are also presented as well as the primary data that proves the worldwide success.Discovered the main reasons for China's progress and Russian “failure” and ways of Russia to improve,by implementing lessons learned by another country.The paper looks through comparison of key points of the establishment and operation of SEZ in both country in order to discover main outstanding points.Also,challenges and opportunities for more in-depth research are discussed.The primary research question of the thesis is “How the success of China can be implemented in Russian reality." In the paper shows how SEZ have contributed significantly to China's development,they acted as a catalyst of domestic and international efficient resource allocation and have permitted experimentation with market-oriented reforms.Though it is mentioned that SEZ need to adapt to changing conditions and continue to spur innovation,some of the challenges where indicated-the requirement of a long-term perspective,attraction and development new industries,reduction of duplication,deepen reforms and encouragement of local entrepreneurship.From the worldwide experience SEZ have proven the success of this management structure towards economy of the country,one of the most evident one is SEZ in China.Capital,human resources,market,geography and land resources are all important for successful SEZ as China's experience indicates.Meantime in Russia special economic zones are claimed to be inefficient.Through the paper,the answer to my research question seems to be preciseto improve current state of SEZ in Russia some major changes should take place,learning from Chinas key factors of success.To indicate the main points,a comparative study was made by analyzing existing data,including statistics and current numbers of SEZ in Russian and China.Concentrating on specific data analysis and focus on the similarities and differences between these two countries regarding SEZ.Methods used for data collection play an essential role in the credibility of the information.Quality data monitoring led to quality evaluation,and consistency is paramount in the supply of information from identified sources.To build good relationships with all recognized institutions to supply data,a concerted effort was be made.
