Consumption upgrading is the upgrading and improvement of various consumption structures and consumption levels in the society.It represents the transformation of consumption concepts and consumption habits of Chinese consumers,and is the "booster" of high-quality development of China’s economy.The emergence of the third consumption upgrade has a great impact on the development of liquor industry.How to deal with the opportunities and risks brought by the third consumption upgrade of liquor industry has become the primary problem that liquor enterprises need to pay attention to,and it is of great significance to the long-term development of liquor industry in the future.Golden seed liquor is one of the a-share 19 white wine enterprise,because no catch up with the steps of consumption upgrade in the third quarter of 2019 report the first loss of liquor enterprise.In addition to huangtai liquor,which has become * ST stock,jinseishi liquor,as the second listed liquor company with net profit loss,has a distinct time and typical representation in the case of other listed liquor companies with positive development.In this paper,the improved dupont analysis method is used to analyze the financial status of golden seed wine under the third consumption upgrade,in order to study the reasons for the financial loss of golden seed wine in the third quarter of 2019 and put forward Suggestions for the response.The content is mainly divided into seven parts.The first part is introduction,mainly introduced the research background and research significance of this paper,combing the domestic and foreign about corporate financial analysis and modified du pont analysis method of literature research,to review of previous studies,and puts forward in this paper,on the basis of the research contents and research methods and innovative points and limitations of this paper.The second part is concept definition and model introduction,which defines the concept of the third consumption upgrade and the improved dupont analysis method,and introduces the model principle and parameter formula of the improved dupont analysis method.The third part is the impact of the third consumption upgrading on the liquor industry,and analyzes the opportunities and risks faced by liquor enterprises under the third consumption upgrading from the perspective of the whole industry.The fourth part is the third time consumption upgrade golden seed wine financial situation analysis,by using the modified du pont analysis method proposed in the financial indicators,a golden seed wine in 2014-2018 financial data,on the basis of the change trend of horizontal and vertical to the golden seed liquor sustainable development ability,and dividend payment ability,profit ability,debt paying ability and operation ability five aspects carries on the analysis,to explore the golden seed wine in 2014-2018,the financial development of the enterprise.The fifth part is the cause analysis of the decline of the financial status of gold seed wine under the third consumption upgrade.Starting from the current reality,it analyzes the factors affecting the financial decline of gold seed wine until the loss.The sixth part is the Suggestions on how to deal with gold seed wine under the third consumption upgrade.Starting from the analysis of financial status and causes,this part puts forward Suggestions on the future development of gold seed wine according to relevant data and the background of the third consumption upgrade.The seventh part is the research conclusion.Through the case study of the financial condition decline of golden seed wine under the third consumption upgrade until the loss of the third quarter of 2019,the relevant research conclusion is summarized.This paper mainly USES case analysis,improved dupont analysis,trend analysis and other methods to study the optimization of the future development of gold seed wine under the third consumption upgrade,and draws the following conclusions: first,the third consumption upgrade brings opportunities and risks to the development of liquor industry.Second,gold seed wine in the third consumption upgrade in the deteriorating financial situation.Third,gold seed wine in the third quarter of 2019 losses in the third consumption upgrade in the financial data is early warning.Fourth,the financial situation of golden seed wine slipped to a loss in the third quarter of 2019 mainly because the development of the company did not keep pace with the pace of consumption upgrading.The innovation points of this paper are as follows: firstly,based on the background of the third consumption upgrade,the financial status of gold seed wine is analyzed with the improved dupont analysis method.Secondly,it starts from the particularity and takes the first gold seed wine with performance loss in 2019 as the research object.The research object is unique and typical.
