Financial Analysis Of Auhui Golden Seed Winery Company Limited

Anhui Golden Seed Winery Co.,Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as Golden Seed Winery),as the only listed company in Fuyang City,Anhui Province,is of great significance to the promotion of regional economic development.Since the end of2012,when the state promulgated “Prohibition of Drinking” and other related policies,China's liquor industry has bid farewell to the “golden decade” and quickly entered the “winter period,” with the sales volume plummeted.In 2016,the sales volume of liquor industry increased slightly,and the leading enterprises gradually recovered,but the development of local SMEs was slow.Golden Seed Winery is also in a "period of deep adjustment".Therefore,this paper will use the Harvard analysis framework to make a comprehensive analysis of Golden Seed Winery from the four dimensions of development strategy,accounting policy,financial analysis and prospect prediction,in order to find out the existing problems and development potential of the enterprise,and put forward some suggestions for the enterprise to get out of the "winter period" as soon as possible,which has a realistic meaning.This article is divided into seven chapters.The first chapter is the introduction,which mainly describes the research background,research significance,literature review,research contents,research methods and innovations.The second chapter mainly analyzes the defects of traditional financial analysis methods and the contents of Harvard analysis framework.The third chapter is the analysis of Golden Seed Winery's strategy,mainly through the PEST model,the five-force model and the SWOT analysis method to analyze the competitive strategy of the enterprise.The fourth chapter is the accounting analysis of Golden Seed Winery,including the change,discrimination and analysis of key accounting policies and accounting estimates.The fifth chapter is the financial analysis of Golden Seed Wine.This paper first analyzes the statement data of balance sheet,profit statement and cash flow statement.Secondly,the ratio of debt paying ability,operating ability,profitability ability and growth ability of the company is analyzed.And this paper selects the data of 17 Listed liquor companies in China to conduct a horizontal comparison with Golden Seed Winery.The sixth chapter is the prospect analysis of Golden Seed Winery,analyzing the prospects of the liquor industry and Golden Seed Wine,and forecasts the risk of the enterprise.The seventh chapter is the research conclusion and the countermeasures and suggestions.Through analysis,it is found that Golden Seed Wine has steady accounting policy,good debt paying ability and good prospects for development.However,it still has problems such as the need to improve the asset structure,a slightly higher proportion of cost expenses,weak profitability,and insufficient management of intensive management and high-quality management.Based on the existing problems of Golden Seed Winery,the following suggestions are put forward: optimize thecapital structure,and improve the efficiency of capital use;promote sales promotion through multiple channels,and reduce sales expenses;innovate and upgrade products,and increase operating income;attach importance to the construction of talent team,and enhance the soft power of corporate culture.
