In recent years,with the development and progress of science and technology,information technology and the Internet have been widely used.As a new business model,e-commerce has developed rapidly,and has gradually become the mainstream business mode of the times.With China's Internet plus a new normal,the state attaches importance to the development of e-commerce from the strategic level,and accelerates the deep integration of Internet + with all fields.Under the guidance of policies and the government's impetus,the improvement of rural information infrastructure and logistics system has provided hitherto unknown conditions for the development of e-commerce in the county related agriculture enterprises,and brought about no The possibility of limiting the number of agricultural enterprises began to develop e-commerce in the tide of Internet plus,and realized the development of enterprises,which led to the increase of farmers' income.As an agricultural enterprise in Lankao County,W company has also joined the tide of e-commerce,and expects to make great progress by changing the traditional business model and breaking through the regional bottleneck.In this paper,W company's e-commerce as the research object,combined with previous research results,using relevant theoretical analysis tools,we find out several major problems in marketing,such as: single marketing means,lack of marketing linkage,lack of marketing depth and lack of talents.Then,through the internal environmental conditions for the development of e-commerce of W company are advanced through the human resource ability,financial resource ability,marketing ability,market marketing ability and platform building ability Through comprehensive analysis,the advantages and disadvantages of the enterprise are presented in an all-round and three-dimensional way to help the enterprise understand its own situation.Then,based on the actual situation of the enterprise,the e-commerce marketing strategy and its guarantee scheme are formulated for it,in order to help W company get breakthrough and development in marketing management,and also try to provide or draw lessons from other enterprises.
