In recent years,the logistics industry has been gradually raised to a height related to the overall situation in China,which fully reflects that the modern logistics industry plays a more and more important role in our national economy.In the background of economic globalization,the competition among enterprises is becoming more and more fierce and increasing,and logistics has really become the third source of profit that enterprises attach great importance to.Logistics outsourcing has increasingly become an active choice for enterprises to adapt to the latest competitive environment,and its positive role has become increasingly prominent in the practice of enterprise logistics outsourcing.However,can these roles really be brought into full play? To a large extent,it still depends on the comprehensive strength of the logistics service providers themselves.Therefore,the selection of suitable logistics suppliers has increasingly become the key to the business performance and even the success or failure of the enterprise.The evaluation and selection of logistics service providers can be understood as a multi-level and multi-dimensional unstructured management decision-making problem.At present,many enterprises still rely more on the subjective opinions and intuition of executives,teams or senior managers,as well as past relevant experience and experiences.to a considerable extent,this way is subjective and arbitrary,and the evaluation results are often lack of objectivity,so the effectiveness is low.Therefore,enterprises pursuing long-term success can consider the efficient and organic combination of qualitative judgment and quantitative analysis,so as to achieve accuracy,comprehensiveness,objectivity and effectiveness in the process of logistics supplier evaluation and selection.This study takes the management of logistics suppliers of ZL Company as the research object,and makes an in-depth study on the selection and evaluation of third-party logistics suppliers.First of all,it clarifies the research background and significance,summarizes the research contents,research methods and research ideas,and then constructs a hybrid model based on PLS-SEM and super-efficient DEA in order to comprehensively evaluate logistics suppliers.Thirdly,according to the specific situation of ZL Company,the main problems existing in the evaluation of logistics suppliers are analyzed and summarized,and combined with the suggestions of ZLlogistics managers,the evaluation index system is analyzed and constructed from the two dimensions of resources and ability.Then,by using the hybrid model,the evaluation and analysis of the third-party logistics service providers of ZL company's oil products and raw materials are subdivided.Finally,the selection of strategic logistics service providers of ZL company is further discussed by using the analysis method based on numerical points.This study can help ZL to select effective logistics suppliers and manage strategic logistics suppliers,and can also provide an effective and operational reference for the evaluation of third-party logistics suppliers in similar enterprises;at the same time,the hybrid model of PLS-SEM and super-efficient DEA enriches and expands the relevant theories of logistics supplier selection to some extent.
