On the one hand,the state has successively opened the fixed-line basic operating license to mobile broadcasting,on the other hand,introduced private capital in the form of access network pilot,which broke the monopoly pattern in the early stage of broadband market and turned the era of north netcom and south telecom into the competition situation of 4 + N,and opened the prelude of white-hot competition in China's broadband market.As Chengdu region's largest telecommunications cable broadband operators,GX telecom in the strategic planning of the Chengdu telecom,has a very important position and Tianfu new town is located in the city of plate,is pulled GX telecom volume one of the most important to rely on,the stand or fall of broadband operations within the region but also relation with GX telecom the stand or fall of management state GX telecom after 10 years of rapid development,however,people and companies to decrease dividend,broadband has been transformed by incremental market into stock market,Tianfu new town area as GX broadband telecommunications enterprises biggest save the market,is facing the problems we face at home and abroad,moving outside Unicom's attack,keep grabbing real estate resources,a serious threat to the telecom broadband in the region of the stock retention rate at the same time,the region's large enterprise customers also asked to respond to the national policy of speeding up and reducing fees.To sum up,based on the marketing status of GX telecom,this paper makes a targeted study of the company's strategies.Firstly,the market environment of GX telecom is analyzed,and the macro environment is analyzed from political,economic,social and technological aspects.Then,the paper describes the medium environment of the industry from four aspects: analyzing the development status,region and competition of Chengdu telecom;Then,from the four aspects of the threat of inferior opportunities comprehensively analyzed the GX telecom market environment;Then,from the perspective of market segmentation target market and market positioning,this paper analyzes the current situation and problems of enterprise broadband in Tianfu new town area of GX telecom,and explores the causes of these problems.Finally,from the perspective of product price channel promotion,this paper proposes the corresponding enterprise broadband marketing optimization strategy.This article mainly embarks from the GX telecom current situation put forward problems,using PEST theory and tools such as SWOT STP marketing management of the company's problems are analyzed in detail,and then USES the 4 p theory to solve the problem of this study on the theory of traditional marketing management GX telecom marketing strategy research,will help improve GX telecom marketing present situation,can also be other area for telecom company or other telecom enterprise's development to provide certain reference value.
