A Study On The Influences Of The Building Of Smart City In China Based On PSR Model

At the end of 2012,the Ministry of housing officially launched the "National Smart City pilot" work,and the nationwide smart city construction was gradually carried out.Although the central government has provided strong policy guidance,financial support and institutional support,the development of intelligent cities in different cities across the country presents an unbalanced trend.The existing theoretical achievements are mostly concentrated on the definition of the connotation of the construction of intelligent cities,the summary of the results and the countermeasures and suggestions.The research on the differences between the intelligent cities in different cities in China is not sufficient,especially the research on the factors affecting the construction of intelligent cities,especially the integration of multidimensional factorsThis paper selects the "pressure state response"(PSR)analysis framework and puts forward 9 theoretical hypotheses,setting up problem oriented,political orientation,resource orientation,ability orientation,6 two level indicators of administrative organization and policy measurement,subdivided into 16 three level indicators,and selecting 16 independent variables,and selecting 32 smart cities.The pilot city,with the help of the authoritative data of China’s urban statistical yearbook 2016 and the SPSS sociological statistical analysis tools,carries out the principal component regression analysis on the variables affecting the construction of intelligent cities,and discusses the results of three aspects of pressure,state and response respectively.On this basis,it proposes to promote the construction of water in China’s intelligent cities.A flat countermeasureThe research finds that:firstly,the prominent problems in urban development are important factors to promote the construction of smart city.Among them,the promotion factors of population pressure and traff-ic pressure are more clear,and the impact of environmental pressure is not significant.Secondly,urban resources and urban competitiveness are important factors affecting the construction of smart city.Thirdly,the impact of administrative organization and policy strategy is not significant,neither of which is the key factor affecting the level of smart city construction.To this end,in order to improve the level of China’s smart city construction,smart cities in China should pay attention to the following aspects.Firstly,strengthen the top level design of the intelligent city construction,strengthen the top level deployment of the central government and strengthen the overall leadership of the local government;secondly,further enhance the resources and ability level of the local government’s intelligent city construction,pay more attention to the comprehensive level of urban governance,reduce the pressure brought by the urban disease,strengthen the science and technology culture and each other.The input in the networking and other fields will improve the comprehensive competitive ability of the city from many aspects.Thirdly,the response system of the construction of innovative intelligent cities,the formulation of the long-term plan for the construction of intelligent cities,the establishment of a unified evaluation index and the model of innovative intelligent city construction,so that the construction of intelligent cities will be more flexible.
