With the rapid development of market economy,the increase of consumers’ income and the improvement of their awareness of risk protection,the insurance industry is not only advancing rapidly,but also facing challenges such as social environmental risks,market risks,operational risks and strategic risks.Market competition intensifies at the same time,the rapid loss of talent makes the industry gradually into a dilemma.In order to change the current dilemma of the development of the insurance industry,insurance companies need to optimize the performance management system in the management,use of Internet technology,the realization of intuitive visual display,in a timely manner to improve and perfect the exposed problems in performance management,enhance the vitality of enterprises,to provide support for effective management and scientific decision-making,promote the development of industry with high quality.Performance management is closely related to the cultivation and optimization of talents in enterprises.Excellent performance management can reduce the brain drain of enterprises and make the cultivation of excellent talents get twice the result with half the effort.Talent is the first capital of enterprise development and management,and it is necessary to improve the performance management level to maximize the utility of talent.Therefore,under the background of the rapid development of high-tech technology,how to make performance management,a traditional field,catch up with the high-speed train of booming Internet technology,solve the disadvantages of traditional performance management with the help of advanced technology,and improve the level of performance management has attracted the attention of most small and medium-sized enterprises in the current insurance industry.However,as the technical facilities construction of most enterprises has not yet entered the stage of popularization,the cost of establishing large-scale infrastructure is very high,which will cause a great burden to the financial expenditure of enterprises.For small and medium-sized companies in the insurance industry,how to implement performance management optimization and how to use visual tools to design and achieve performance management visualization is of great significance.This paper mainly uses the interview survey method,questionnaire survey method to analyze the current situation of enterprise performance management,find out the problems existing in the performance management of A company and conduct A comprehensive analysis of the problems.A new performance assessment index is set under the SMART principle,the new assessment index allocation is re-determined by Delphi method,and performance management visualization is realized with the help of Tableau software.Finally,the guarantee measures for company A to implement performance management optimization are obtained.The results of the study found that under the traditional enterprise performance management process,the original performance management system of A company did not play an effective role due to the subjectivity of performance assessment,the lack of pertinence of performance assessment indicators,the lack of communication in the performance assessment process and the single application of assessment results.Based on Tableau tool,visual human resource performance management system has the effect of timeliness,feedback and dynamic,which can achieve the acquisition of performance management data and information indicators at every moment,greatly reducing the dependence of enterprises on labor and liberating the work of human resources department.
