YT company which was founded in 1988 and used to operate with medical care,pension,financial investment as the main business has comprehensively transformed to the big health industry.In order to develop in the long run and maintain the core competitiveness,YT company must establish a long-term talent training mechanism to achieve the sustainable development of the talent.As the key to attract,retain and use talents,the establishment and improvement of employee incentive mechanism is very important to the development of enterprises.Based on the theories and researches of the motivation mechanism at home and abroad,this paper has analyzed YT's current staff motivation mechanism through questionnaire investigation and interview investigation and has found out incentive mechanism problems like,unattractive salary,imperfect performance appraisal system,limited promotion and development opportunities for employees,lacking of career development planning,lacking of systematic staff training,lacking of spiritual and cultural incentives and so on,and then has deeply analyzed the reasons.In view of the existing problems in the incentive mechanism,on the basis of the company's development strategy and the actual situation of the company,optimization measures have been made in the aspects of salary system,performance appraisal,promotion and development of employees,employee training,spiritual and cultural construction,etc.,and a set of optimization scheme of employee incentive mechanism suitable for the development of YT company has been proposed.Through the study of the proposed incentive mechanism optimization countermeasures,it is hoped that the existing problems in the incentive mechanism of the enterprise can be improved,employee's enthusiasm can be stimulated,the vitality of the enterprise can be enhanced and the business performance of the enterprise can be improved.It also is hoped that the enterprise can realize the sustained and healthy development promoted by the improvement of the value of the employees and then realize joint development of the employees and the enterprise.At the same time,it also provides reference and guidance for the improvement of employee incentive mechanism for other similar enterprises.
