Family enterprises are an important part of China's private economy and play an important role in the process of socialist modernization.Relevant survey data show that the number of family enterprises or Pan-family enterprises based on kinship accounts for 80% of the total number of private enterprises in China.Family business is an effective driving force for the development of market economy.It plays a prominent role in increasing employment,activating the market,creating tax revenue,prospering import and export trade,and actively investing.With the deepening of socialist construction and the increasingly perfect market economic system,family enterprises are facing obstacles in the process of development.The main problems of family enterprises are the constraints of family concept,backward family management model,complex and rigid family member relationship,unreasonable personnel selection mechanism,unobstructed staff communication mechanism,imperfect incentive mechanism and lack of corporate culture.Human resource management,with employee incentive mechanism as the core,has become the key to restrict the development of family enterprises.With the intensification of market competition and the impact of the global economic wave,some family enterprises have been restricted in their development,gradually declining and being eliminated by the market.As a family business,Q Company has achieved certain development results in the early stage of enterprise development.However,with the increasing market competition and the increasing requirements of modern enterprise development,Q Company has inevitably encountered many development problems.In particular,the employee incentive mechanism,which is an important part of human resource management,is an important factor affecting the development of Q company.There are lack of managerial ability,imperfect performance evaluation system,limited role of human resources management department,lack of employee career planning,traditional family business.Problems such as the impact of the model have caused Q companies to use the incentive mechanism to achieve the goal of further development and growth.If we do not conduct research and analysis on Q's existing corporate incentive mechanism,we will not be able to solve the crux and problems of the existing mechanism,thereby reducing the effectiveness of the implementation of the incentive mechanism and affecting the development of the enterprise.Therefore,this paper investigates the effectiveness of the current employee incentive mechanism of Q Company by means of questionnaires,field visits,etc.,and obtains a large number of valuable survey results.According to the survey results,this paper summarizes the main crux of Q company in the construction of employee incentive mechanism,analyzes the causes of related problems,and finally proposes solutions to provide useful ideas for Q company to carry out human resource management work scientifically,and also for other families.Enterprise development provides a reference.
