As an important part of China's tertiary industry,catering industry plays an important role in promoting China's economic development under the current economic development situation and the future development trend.With the development of China's economy after the reform and development and the increasing economic activities with other economic organizations and countries in the world,a large number of foreign catering industries have flooded in,and a large number of successful catering brands have emerged,such as "KFC","Pizza Hut" and other fast food brands.At the same time,China's catering industry has undergone continuous changes to varying degrees in terms of business model,scale system,management concept,institutionalized requirements,service quality,catering culture,talent introduction,etc.Up to now,China's catering industry has formed a new stage of development with diversified investment subjects,diversified business forms,chain operation modes,professionalization of management talents and industrialization of industry development.The development momentum of the industry is increasingly strong.In particular,China's fast food development ushered in a lot of opportunities,has broad market prospects,at the same time,due to the low threshold of access,a variety of investment options,fast food development has encountered a huge challenge.This paper takes "the research on the development strategy of Jilin Wanlu catering management company" as the subject,combining with the current development situation of the enterprise,analyzes the future development direction and the selection of business strategy of Wanlu catering management company.Wanlu catering company was founded in Jilin City.Through joining other catering brands,it rapidly expanded its stores,occupied the market,developed the company's internal catering brands,created local food in Jilin City,and gradually expanded to other provinces and cities in Northeast China with the help of the tourism development of Jilin City,occupying a certain share of the market.In the process of expansion,Wanlu catering company has encountered many problems from talents to funds.Its market share has been gradually squeezed by its competitors.Its market competitiveness is weak.The company lacks modern management system.If Wanlu catering company wants to continue its development,it needs to establish its brand,improve its core competitiveness,and formulate a modernization strategy that is in line with the current enterprise development.From the perspective of enterprise development,this paper makes strategies for Wanlu company.Through the analysis of the current situation of Wanlu catering company,it finds out the problems faced by the company.Using the strategic management theory,it makes the development strategy of Wanlu catering company and how the company implements the strategy.The main tools used are SWOT model and five force model,which analyze the internal and external environment of the company,make the company's planning under the current environment,analyze the company's competitors,establish the advantages and disadvantages of the company and its competitors,and finally formulate the company's development strategy.The company should set up a brand image with the company's mark,impress consumers' hearts and let them have a sense of recognition and belonging,improve the investment in product research and development,improve the competitiveness of products,and use the company's local advantages to develop local specialties.In this paper,the theoretical support of the paper is to look up the relevant literature and read the instructive books for the catering management enterprises,and the data is based on the investigation practice and operation of Wanlu catering management company.At the same time,the paper is written in combination with its own understanding of the development direction of Wanlu catering company.Strive to provide in-depth,scientific,reasonable and practical suggestions and guidance for the next stage of Wanlu catering management company.
