Since its establishment in 2009,China Post Life Insurance Co.,Ltd.has been among the top life insurance companies in the country for only 9 years.This is mainly due to the support of the characteristic model and channels of "self-management and substitution".This article is to explore the advantages and disadvantages of the company's insurance team and channel team under the background of the characteristic model of "self-management +hosting".It aims to fully integrate the resource advantages of postal enterprises and strengthen the construction of the team members of the "self-management" and "hosting" lines.We will comprehensively improve the overall sales capabilities of our teams and solve the problem of the lack of financial management teams and the loss of high-end customers formed by "double determination" in postal enterprises.At the same time,we will solve the bottleneck of the development of China Post Insurance and Mission Insurance through optimizing the team.It will lay a solid human resource foundation for the continuous and efficient development of China Post Insurance.In order to improve the construction level of China Post Insurance Team,this paper first combs the theory and related concepts involved in the construction of the Insurance Company's marketing team,and lays the theoretical foundation for the full text writing.Secondly,through the analysis of the experience of Chinese and developed countries' insurance marketing teams,we seek the direction of the construction of China Post Insurance Team.Analyze the organization structure and team status again and find out the advantages and disadvantages of the marketing team at this stage;Finally,the article integrates the supervision policy,the direction of team building and the current situation of the company,and puts forward the management model of three professional marketing teams for self-construction,self-construction and co-management,so as to provide talents for the company's subsequent development.
