As a component of the national economy,small and micro enterprises always promote the healthy development of the national economy.In recent years,the central and local governments and the society have been paying active attention to the development of small and micro enterprises.As a state-controlled commercial bank,the development of loans to small and micro enterprises has not only answered the government's call,but also realized its sustainable development.In the development of credit business for small and micro enterprises,under the pressure of financial institutions and the challenge of non-financial institutions,how to combine their own resources to not only maintain the existing market,but also develop new markets? The application of marketing strategies has become an important guarantee for Banks to improve their competitiveness.This paper mainly studies the marketing strategy of small and micro credit business of bole rural commercial bank.Based on relevant theories of marketing and small micro credit,bo le agri-businesses Banks credit business development status are described,its from the macroscopic environment,strategic environment based on the analysis,based on the characteristics of tacheng agricultural business bank itself,to bo le agri-businesses bank target market positioning,designed to meet customer demand,reduce customer costs,strengthen the communication with customers,provide convenience for the customer marketing strategy,at the same time use 4 p strategy analysis for specific target customer groups,in order to promote and tacheng agricultural bank industry small micro enterprise credit business development.Finally,this paper puts forward effective measures to ensure the implementation from four aspects: mechanism personnel construction,center mode optimization,credit business breakthrough and risk control.According to relevant theories,it has developed marketing strategies suitable for the development of small and micro enterprise loan business of bole rural commercial bank,which can provide certain marketing guidance for the development of small and micro enterprise loan business of bole rural commercial bank,and is expected to provide certain reference for other similar state-owned commercial Banks.
