The Optimal Research Of Public Resources Trading Process Of Dingxi City On The View Of Transaction Cost

The Public Resources Trading Center is the place for the trading process of public resources.It always plays the role of saving financial fund,reducing trading cost,increasing efficiency and improving local business environment.The Dingxi Public Resources Trading Center is on the stage of development till now.There are still some problems such as improving trading efficiency and the cost control in the trading process,and the center haven't fully played its role yet.This paper researches the trading process of Dingxi City based on the concept of public resources trading and transaction cost.The paper analyzes four problems in the trading process on the view of transaction cost with the method of investigation,for which are complex settings in trading link,ineffective communication between trade subjects,lack of institutional guarantees and slow information construction.To analyze the reasons behind the problems,this paper proposes 4 targeted suggestions which are improving function of the center and the process,innovating negotiation and removing the barriers in trading,enhancing the institutional guarantees in the trading process,and promoting the information construction in the trading process.With these suggestions,this paper is aimed to provide ideas in solving the problems in the trading process of the public resources trading in Dingxi City,promoting the efficiency of public resources trading,reducing the cost of public resources trading and improving the local business environment.
