| The 13th Five-year National Plan for Scientific and Technological Innovation drawn up by the State Council in 2016,calls for "improving the mechanism of combining science and technology with finance".Then in 2017,General Secretary Xi Jinping,requires Guangdong to provide support on it.The researches of Sci-Tec-finance and innovative city have been carried out in full swing from the financial field and the public management field respectively.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to discuss the influence of the Sci-Tec-finance on the innovative cities.It will help establish the influence system and promote the healthy and orderly development of cities.This dissertation is divided into five parts.The first part mainly sorts out relevant literatures and research results of Sci-Tec-finance and innovative cities,introduces the current situation of this field.The second part defines the concepts and mechanism of Sci-Tec-finance and innovative city.The third part analyzes the status quo of Guangzhou 's innovation degree from four aspects.This paper analyzes the current situation of the development of Sci-Tec-finance in Guangzhou.The fourth part uses grey correlation analysis method for empirical analysis.The empirical results show that the indexes with grey correlation degree of 0.8 or more with the comprehensive innovation value of Guangzhou include the R&D investment intensity,the number of high-tech enterprises and the proportion of the local financial allocation;Indicators with grey correlation between 0.7 and 0.8 include:the degree of added value of the financial industry,the proportion of the population engaged in scientific and technological activities,the proportion of high-tech industry exports and scientific and technological expenditure,and the proportion of fiscal science and technology appropriation in fiscal expenditure;Indicators with gray correlation degree below 0.7 include:the amount of patent application authorization.Based on the above analysis results,the fifth part puts forward Suggestions on increasing R&D funds,human resource in scientific and technological innovation,deepening financial system reform and cultivating scientific and technological market. |
