As a key development industry of service industry,hotel industry development has become a hot topic at present.With the development of social economy,the proportion of people's total consumption expenditure is increasing,which means that consumption is no longer just to meet basic needs,consumers have new demands for quality and consumption experience.In this trend,the hotel's simple accommodation function can not meet the needs of consumers.How to use intelligent technology to upgrade scenario experience has become an inevitable choice for many hotels to innovate and develop.At present,the progress of artificial intelligence technology has opened a new horizon for the development of traditional industries.Hotels need to dig deeply and meet the psychological needs of consumers,establish new service concept,provide diversified services with differences for consumers,and create unique competitive advantages for hotels.This paper takes S Business Hotel in Guangzhou as the research object,which is a four-star hotel located in Guangzhou.Based on the theory of strategic management,PEST and SWTO are used to analyze the internal and external conditions of hotels,and situation analysis is used to effectively summarize the advantages and disadvantages of hotels and the opportunities and threats in their development,and then based on the development of current artificial intelligence technology.And the development vision of the hotel,formulate the development goals of the hotel and differentiated competition strategy based on the background of artificial intelligence,which points out the direction for the future development of Guangzhou S Business Hotel.Finally,according to the established strategy,this paper puts forward five safeguard measures: upgrading hardware,strengthening technical support,establishing intelligent purchasing system,incorporating scientific and technological elements into hotel brand building,using cloud technology to improve hotel customer database,and creating hotel culture suitable for enterprise strategy.
