With the popularization of computers and mobile phones in the worldwide and the continuous improvement of Internet technology,the emerging entertainment industry of online games has been derived,and has developed rapidly in recent years.As the online game industry continues to mature and new games are emerging,the market competition of online games is becoming increasingly fierce,and the developers and operators are paying more and more attention to improving the participation and loyalty of online game players.This paper analyzes the experience marketing of online games with the theory of 4Cs and experience matrix combined with relevant cases for the online games,so as to provide inspiration for the experience marketing strategies of developers and operators.In this paper to Tencent company’s game studios group-Timi studio group as an example,the use of experience marketing related theory,in combination with the practical situation of Timi studio group and market research analysis,on how to improve the online game experience marketing,promote the great progress and puts forward some countermeasures for improvement for Timi studio group,try to make some research for the better development of game studios.The structure of the paper is mainly divided into five parts,the first part is the introduction of the article;The second part is the definition of basic theory and related concepts.The third part is the analysis of the current situation of online game experience marketing of Timi studio group.The fourth part is the market research and analysis of experience marketing of Timi studio group.The fifth part is the improvement of experience marketing strategy of Timi studio group.
